The Civil Association CHUYA SONCCO is governed by the provisions established in the Civil Code of Peru regarding non-profit associations (Book I, Title II, Chapter II, Articles 80 to 98), as well as by complementary regulations applicable to civil society organizations.
The Association is legally registered in the Public Registry with legal status No. 3276, granted on May 18, 2001.
It is also registered with the National Superintendency of Tax Administration (SUNAT), under the Single Taxpayer Registry (RUC) No. 20526932413, which allows it to carry out its activities in accordance with current tax legislation.
